Park City, Utah. Resort was called Park West; now called “Canyons”. Summer 1980. We did 4-5 years of summer-series outdoor concerts (about 10 shows per summer just at that venue) there by the same promoter. Hundreds of shows throughout the west. Impossible to remember all the acts. I toured and mixed for over 15 years.
JBL 4520 placed scoop to scoop. Lobe really punched. McCauley dual 12-inch cabinets with JBL. 2440 drivers on 90 degree horns, Renkus-Heinz tweeters. All SpectraSonics monitor amps. Mains were modified Kenwood 1000 watt block mono amps.
